Hi -

I've had a few instances in which clients have other apps installed in subdirectories in public_html and, after applying security measures, those are no longer accessible. a 404 error is retued. In two cases, the last security measure to be applied is, "Restrict access to files and directories." That one doesn't revert. Other than restoring a backup, is there any way to overcome this issue?

We have a quite sudden need to mirror a folder in one of our websites in Box.com.

I recently updated "Host Access Control" and it appears I have locked myself out from WHM and I do not have SSH access. I have tried access from multiple ip addresses but it is definitely completely blocked, I just get a error when accessing WHM.

Within my web hosting provider (UK2.net) I do have access to a console if that helps... They are also not being very helpful...

I'm running into an issue whereby PHP-FPM and subsequently apache crashes randomly. Taking a look back at the logs during this time, it appears php-fpm child processes are timing out and terminating (this floods the log file). During this time, all new http requests are blocked and all hosted websites appear down. What's interesting is I have request_terminate_timeout set to 120s however, the actual timeout exceeded in the log file is substantially higher ~1200s.

I want to disable the email notification.
Every day I get such notification multiple times , any way to disable those notification ?

We recently installed the mod_pagespeed apache module through EA4 and it is removing part of our optimization code. In particular if it detects the "preload" and "onLoad" directives then it removes the entire line. That means we have for our css line completely removed which causes site issues.

Is there anyway to stop mod_pagespeed from removing or stripping code away from our html page?

In WHM / MultiPHP Manager there are four "PHP Handlers":

• cgi
• lsapi
• none
• suphp

Only cgi works with my software, the others (most especially light speed) cause massive amounts of chaos and are effectively the equivalent to the "none" handler.

We've occasionally had some of our hosted clients run into undesirable effects (cascading .htaccess rules, php.ini configurations, etc.) because their subdomains get created within their /public_html directory.

I'm wanting to change the default to a directory below /public_html to avoid the aforementioned issues.

In other words, when someone goes to create a subdomain within cPanel, the default directory will be something like /subdomains - So instead of the subdomain's root...
